No, Crafty, I think that chapter of my life has ended. I wish Blueserpent well in whatever he is facing in his life and much happiness and joy. Last Christmas was by far a Christmas to remember. It was so great to see some of your holiday culture and what you have at a traditional holiday meal. Blue was a fantastic cook and host. I even got to see the lanterns that light up the sky on New Years. One day, when I figure out how, I will share some of that trip with all of you in photos and a link so you can all hear Rob singing. Maybe one day he will come back.

Another special Christmas was with my husband Tim back when we first married. It was snowing outside, and as all of you know, I LOVE snow. My wife and I always build a snow sculpture. We like to do characters from our Childhood, like Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, and even some more modern ones, like Clifford the Big Red Dog. Then we always sit outside with our radio blasting holiday tunes, drinking cocoa and having fun with the neighbors.

We used to make snow cream...... now you are taking your life into your own hands if you eat snow. ha ha ha

Crafty and Scarlet, what is the tex mex thing over there? I've never had mexican food for Christmas. I see you, Crafty, eating duck and plum pudding and the likes. lol

I don't know that Tex-Mex is particularly Xmasy, but I do often have a craving for it. It's not the same, making your own.

I suppose it is a great change after eating all da turkey!!!

I always eat tamales at Christmas. I'm Mexican though so I imagine that has a lot to do with it.

I like mexican food. I like all things spicy.

I was in Mexico a few days ago, never imagined you were from Mexico, Scarlet.

The food is very good yes.

The best part of the holidays is spending time with loved ones, indulging excessively in food and drink.....and indulging excessively in food and drink. In that order.

Yeah Hezzy, dont let your religion or beliefs exclude you from the spirit of the holiday season. Watch out for Loreleis hot cocoa though...yuck!!! (I think she uses rats milk).

I spend a little time, trying to convince my parents that there isn't a reason to celebrate a religious holiday they don't practice, to eventually budge spent a couple days at their house. We exchange gifts mine tend to be much much more extravagant for them letting me live there for 22 years. Last year I got them a 20 thousand dollar rental property. so this year I'm getting em socks. Then usually hitting up the bars to make all the lonely girls feel better about themselves.

I should imagine meeting you would make all the lonely blokes feel better about themselves too.

Oh yes spreading hope and adventure can help out loneliness quite well. But no worries if I met you I'd feel great and remeniscent that I'm not made of ticky tacky and I could still think all the same. =)
