Currently you can only upgrade a unit 1once per month

Meaning if you wanted to upgrade a unit from 120fighting level to 500fighting level it would take 380game months(31game years or 60REAL DAYS)

Waiting 2 real months to upgrade is way to long expectially since computer nations can create 500Q units in a matter of seconds.

Id like to propose the following
-Allow a unit to upgrade 4times per game month
-The Quility of the upgrade = the size of the upgrade

This means if a person used 4 weapons upgrades at 350Q a player would be able to upgrade 14points per month. This would reduce the wait time from 380months to 27months(which is still 5 real days on LU or 6days other the other worlds.

Anyone else agree with me?

It seems like a good idea to have higher quality upgrades do something to allow upgrades to occur faster.

Or they could introduce a booster system: 5 upgrades a game month in 7RL days for 1 GC.

i would agree with that super it would be nice to be able to upgade units a little faster and maybe we could take/have the time to up grade more/all units.

The game is constantly changing whether we attempt to provide input or not. Is it not better to provide input so that the management can consider the perspective of those playing the game? We only have a voice if we use it, and it's not like we can't be ignored.

It isn't like any one of us is unilaterally changing the game to our will. No player has that power. Despite what some people think, the management is making the decisions and is free to ignore any input they deem to be baseless or detrimental to the game. If a particular opinion is taken up by the management, it is because they have deemed it worthy of consideration. It is in their interest to provide a quality game.

Just because we are providing input does not mean we cannot play the game as it is. It's not like anyone here is threatening to leave if the game isn't changed or kept in stasis according to our whims.

Well, we have 3:
1) Increase the base number of upgrades that are used each month.
2) Increase the effectiveness of high quality upgrades.
3) Create a booster to increase the number of upgrades that are used each month.

I'm not sure if there's any other way to do it.

Ya, jeez, I just wish he would change the hat.
Maybe once a week. How about a regular old construction workers hard hat?

Any mechanism for upgrading quicker would be welcome.

Hush now the lot of you.

Read the news.

With mobile units that go where you want this is a non issue.
