Okay so i'm f2p and I have two countries in my empire I know I can't get another one. But how do I still war so I can go up war levels?

Keep your main, secured country. Can you war a third as free player, not sure, maybe you can but not keep it if you win. If not, you will have to drop your second country (deregister) and take another. The more you do this the higher up the war levels you can go.

I can't even declare war on another c3 and i've invested time into the slave so its hard for me to just let it go. Maybe realse the c3 i invested into then reconquer it when i get my war level up would that work?

No. Aside from the fact that your slave will reset back to a regular C3 if you abandon it, you will still have the not being able to dec on it problem. Regardless, you are limited to 2, and they reset if cancelled. So the way I see it is, let that slave go or become a paying member. It really is worth a measly $1 a week. Less than a burger :)

Problem is I have no way to pay that I'm not the type of person to put my bank info on the internet. Plus my prepaid visa I found out charges me $3 a month to be active and if I put any money on it they take the months I missed out. So my delima is paying for it but believe me I plan on paying that 36 dollars for a 9month sub.
