W3C - More Upgrades

FB was upgraded today and response is improved. FB was always quite good anyway.

WG was expected to have the same improvement but ended up running slower today.
this problem will continue in the coming hours and will be solved tomorrow.

we are sorry if you experience slower response from WG.

More upgrades will take place in the coming days and weeks and all our systems will have increased capacity.

Just wondering are all worlds moving to 6months per day?

there are two at 4 months per day.
It seems a little slow.

I believe that Super was asking whether or not all the worlds will be going to 6 months per real day, and if so, what timeline you hoped to do that in.

I am sorry if there was a problem today with WG and GR.
both upgrades are now completed and all problems solved.

Both systems and also FB are now faster than before.

GR has proven to be faster and stable and ready for a change from 4 to 6 game months every day. This will take place within the next days. (already announced).

WG will be measured in the coming days, now that the upgrade was completed. If possible, it will move to 6 game months each day. we will announce it on the forum ahead of time.

If not, another upgrade will follow.

I disagree, as I have done since the changes started.

Please, Andy, provide players with a choice. If they want slower worlds, because they don't have the time to keep up with faster ones, then give them the option. Not all of us can log-in more than once a day. Some of us can't log-in every day.

Atm, if I miss a day or two on WG, it takes a while for me to catch-up and sort-out the problems that have accrued while I was away. And that's running on 4 months per day. Increasing WG to 6 months pd will exacerbate that.

WG used to be 3 months per day, and was increased to 4, despite my arguments against it. Please don't take this any further. Players who want faster worlds can choose LU or GR.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. The success of this game has always rested on the amount of choice afforded to players. More choice = better game. Please don't take it in the opposite d

One way to compensate would be developing optional ways to automate in areas where problems tend to develop when not able to login every day.

Sorry Jo, you are one of the old players with a large account too, even you will have to pay the price to stay here any longer.

Pay the price used figuratively Jo. You will have to go along with the whole game being changed from what you know it as. No point asking for different, or suggesting it might be the wrong thing to do.

please forgive me Andy or anyone with information, but I am not sure if KB is going to be upgraded..If if so, then disregard this message...thanks guys.

KB is probably the fastest of the worlds but the system will be upgraded anyway this week. Just to make sure it will be able to handle future features.

You will probably not notice much of a difference.

I think all the worlds should run at the same speed especially with the integration through space and whatnot... I welcome the increased speed

GR will start running 6 times a day next week.

as to WG, we will think hard about it but in the mean time, upgrade the system significantly to make that possible.
