Hey! I do have a couple!

1.Once i de-activate my defensive and offensive arms it does not let me re-activate it. Does it take a month before i can re-activate it.

2.How can i find out the range of my missiles because when in war i cannot use them because "they are out of range". Is it best to buy long range missiles instead of medium range?

yes, and check the documentation, for the weapons, most the ranges were accurate last i checked. only one i know was wrong, was the defensive interceptors, and maybe the helis.

Edmund, for your 1st Question, You can only activate a certain amount of weapons per month.
