Does anyone have uranium or plutonium with them?

If so, can you sell it to me? I intend to use these materials in peaceful nuclear power plants to increase the electricity of my country and therefore improve the economy of my country. By the way, I'm a newbie here so can u be nice enough to sell these materials to me?
