Defence spending!

Hey GM could you get back to me on this please?

SO I had 4 active LR divisions, 4 air transport wings, 4 supply units, some SF's and RD's plenty of air wings right. my spending was around 70,000.00M yearly

I cut back on everything even defence, I only operate one small fleet and I have just a couple of hundred of some units ( not many at all ) my offensive index drops from 50 to 22 and my army assets drop from 15T to 6T but I am still paying
57,959.36M yearly

Ive cut nearly 300,000 from the army and many units.. why am I still paying so much?? Im not in money problems or anything like that.. I am just trying to understand where this money is being spent and how I can curb that.

Probably some bases, fortifications and garrisons still there and weapons the country owns.
you can sell and close more.

If you are not interested in any army, you have a single country in secured more, you can get rid of the entire army.
