What should I increase my weapons quality to in order to fight off a war level 2 C3?

What amount would be a perfect for me to fight off a war level 2 C3?

I think standard procedure is to upgrade quality all the way to 450

WL 2 wont need uber high quality. Of course, the higher the quality the less losses you get. But for lvl 2 I wouldn't worry too much.

If your weapons have lower quality, you can win the war easily, but your losses will be larger.

The higher the quality, the lower your losses are and you also use smaller numbers of ammunition.
