Gold Coins

I am sorry, but I'm done with this game for a while. First, I bought 210 Gold Coins for $24.00USD It didnt work, So when I logged on to my email to check and see that the payment was recieved, it was recieved but I was charged double. C'mon What is this? Second time in the last 3 weeks! $72.00USD gone on Gold Coins I didnt even recieve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this issue. Awhile back for some unknown reason they attempted to charge me 10 times for the same membership.

I also used paypal and i had this issue. My current belief is that the game timed out and for some reason mult charged my account. Ive seen this happen before on other sites and its nothing more then just a server error.

Try messaging the GM. With some communication on the problem I'm sure some type of refund or even increased GC rate can be done to fix the problem.

I see one account with a payment of $ 24 in APRIL (Thank you).

no other payments. I checked the paypal payments in the past two weeks and there is nothing from you.

These accusations are strange.

If you can mail me the records of these payments, dates and all, (a copy of the paypal payment), I will be happy to look into it.

I just checked this IP number and found 15 accounts. At least some are yours, we did not check throughly.
the reason the system did not react is that most accounts were used for 1 day on the same day in April.
