Oh and developers aren't "fags"! They are improving the game. Don't like it? Leave. Make sure the door doesn't hit you in a*s! Have a fun time

In the short time that I have been back, I see a very responsive game dev staff, this game is actually one of the best I've experienced in this regard.

It's not many games where you can get someone from the company to look at your companies/countries and see what the issues are. The customer service here is excellent. Sure the game keeps changing, but that is part of the appeal.

Oh. Good ole days! No war levels. Those were the days! If it were that way, I think this game would be 100% different

That must be where I was at when I was playing too. I don't remember a lot of this stuff that's in front of me. It was a while ago.

You could have a CEO and a country without having to pay a fee.

bsotoro, I played back in those days too, and yes it was a blast. But as in real life, things in the game must change also over time. I remember the old days of federation wars and raiding for "booty" I think is what they called it. lol It was a lot of fun.

My only complaint is the war levels. It has taken any player's ability to raid inactive empires with any decent population right out of the game. If I did have one Sim wish it would be to get rid of some of these restrictions. I am not opposed to paying for war protection if needed. I have throughout the years.

And Suferdude, yes there are more costs involved, but you have to remember, this is a business for the game owners, and it is their desire to make money off their product. Reasonably so, I hope. :P

If you look at costs, you pay way more for dinner and a movie in one night than you would in this game for a month. So you have to weigh the costs/entertainment value in that perspective. I dun like to spend more money than I have to as well. I have voiced this concern to the GMs, and they assure me their costs to play is comparable across the board in online games.

Also, they do offer a free option to play, for those who don't want to invest money, but then.........where is the fun in that scaled down version of the game?!!!!

Bsotorso, I ask that you give the game a chance. Get involved in the community. There is so much more than just the game here, you have a wonderful community of players from all over the world to get to know and play the game with! So I expect thee to get thy booty to my neck of the woods on LU and join my federation, Bad Meets Evil. We are a fun and entertaining group. :P

Wicked Lady, I did come back on today to make a few adjustments. Did some reading up on it so we'll see where it goes. The biggest problem is I had to dismantle some of my military leaving me vulnerable.

Cut some gov workers salaries and raised corporate tax. Guess we'll find out how that works. Just frustrating, back in the day I did pay for it and it was worth it, just hard to teach an old dog new tricks.... Thanks for being cool about it, some just are....well, some.

Well, if you are on LU, bsotoro, please come join my federation, Bad Meets Evil. We will all have a good time together. We are a fun group.

Believe me when I say I understand. It's hard to see the game in a new, different light. Anyways, you are always welcome to join me in the game. If you are interested and on LU, please contact my boss, Kirk, at Rogue Leader.

Have a great day, and WELCOME BACK! *HUGS*

Yeah its really new Nico, just frustrating when you have to defend your country so fast, hard ass heck to level up and build corps.... I guess I gotta get used to it.

Wicked, I may just do that. Thanx

What do you have to defend your country for? Your war level 0. No matter if you are unprotected. Your untouchable. At least, I think! Yeah. It's something we all have to get used to :(. Well if you need help with something, let me know

Thanx Nico, didnt know that part. Today my funds became positive giving me hope. After cutting some military, decreasing salaries and raising taxes its doing good so far.

Your welcome. And another thing, don't lower salaries. Higher salaries means more money in your pocket. But don't put them too high as your corps won't be profitable anymore.
