I fail to see the purpose of this message, but are you in White Giant? If so I can invite you to a Federation that can clear you of any doubts... Seeing you are very active... You are a good candidate for membership.

I'm trying to scare people into preparing for these things.

Too many times people have been impacted by these and left without help.

I'm encouraging good preparation for disasters and relief. Like me, I've maxed out all preparation.

On your portal page, click on DISASTERS on the left. Then click on the blue button that says, SET UP RELIEF SOURCES. Scroll down the list to TENTS and click on SET UP THIS RESOURCE. Then you order what you need to set up tents needed for your disaster relief plan.

AS IF!!!!!!!!!! Do I seem like the kind of girl to be pitching a tent!!! I'd break a nail or ruin a shoe!!! Besides, that's why God made men! And yessssssssssssss, if I was doing it.....it would be a disaster in and of itself.

Last time I went camping in a tent. I got out and crawled in the car to sleep. :P

I think its funny that star forth is screaming apocalypse and everyone should setup tents in preparation but earthquakes usually don't do that much damage..... 100000 death and wounded and maybe a couple corps and some houses...... well in my country one that encourages individualism and accountability...... we don't help with disaster aid that's the job of private citizens... if you die its your own damn fault..... did someone say eugenics?

He's not screaming apocalypse.

He's saying be ready for anything. They'll add more disasters in the future.

Plus, TheWhy, why are you getting so worked up?

Hahahahaha!

Always have all of your relief setup to the maximum as soon as you have the means to do so. That is my advice too.

I just found out that the amount I bought the past few months is greater than the sum of the deficit in food.

Oopsie!

The world's gonna need relief from my relief efforts.

Disaster relief preparation sounds nice, but every time I build up my disaster relief resources, my population drops massively. Yesterday, it dropped by 56,425 immediately after having set up some disaster relief resources, and today I lost 57,732 people immediately after having done the same.

How can this effect be avoided (if anyone of you has the same)?

It's not disaster relief that's making you lose them. The maximum teams add up to a total of 20,000 people. So how you lost 50k, I'll never know.

I set up the teams and the population was still there, no effect.

There's age and death rate in this game.

It's likely beginner boost population was put into an age group and recently moved up.

There's age, age death rate, birth rate per age. Everything takes into account.

There is no change in the group of people older than 65, but there is a collapse in numbers in the group of people between 15 and 65 years old decreased. In the latter group, death rates are low. The health index is at 151+ and the welfare level is 132+. So, it's still a mystery to me, except for the fact that the population drop always appears to happen right after having set up disaster relief resources.

If you want (and have time for it), you can check: Republic of Selene, on KB. I would really like to know what happened, and I would be really grateful if someone could help me with it.

I did. The population drop is far too big to be disaster relief.

Max people is around 20-30k people in all disaster teams.

It's likely you just got a bad roll of the dice in death chance.

Some of the disaster stuff is actually work teams. You lose those workers until you unpack the resource. In general, those are not really good resources to keep on hand.
