Here it is, you have removed your weapons from actual units. But they are still active. You may deactivate them through Army > Defensive/Offensive/Strategic > Deactivate Weapons. Then you can save money, but you still might want to sell the army if you want 0 soldiers. But I recommend that you lean how to raid C3s, you can make GIANT profit off of them.
