Ok so game goes into Maintenance mode just before i try my first ipo to my ceo...At least it did not happen just after lol...as i barely know what im doing there anyway ... but the thought..

A lot of talk about how war is not cost effective and pvp is not happening too much because some are way way too strong for the masses and the rest are too poor to get strong or many other reasons.

What if...GM created random Rogue Nations. With a prize payed out when their unruly behavior is tempered.... Trillions. Make these nations uber strong. Needing combined efforts to be destroyed.

And the payout would be proportional to the committed forces of the participants. Participation would naturally be optional. Simply engage said nation(s) with force. These rogue nations would retaliate with proportional response to the size and combat ratings of the aggressors.

So a small nation would not find himself defending say 30 stealth bomber wings when they only have say 4 interceptors. But an uber nation like Wendy would get a much bigger response..

This could allow everyone a chance for war with more at the table. As it is now the c3's are so predictable its not a war its a process. This would change things up a bit as you would be attacked with force comparable to your offense.

Needs a lot of work just a thought as i said ... comments?

it would take alot of work for the GM to program a c3 that could launch well thought out and a diverse range of stratagem i would rather see them put a little bit of time into the game that encourage people to interact more

this game needs to work on its economic concepts. the war concepts are overdone, and i have not seen any pvp war since i came here two years now.

i would vote for more war features for this game if i see pvp wars every day in every world.

fighting with c3 is just no challenge once you figure the patterns once in a war level.

war between players will only come in three possible ways.

1. personality conflicts

2. you have what i want so i will come to get that. for this to happen, not every region of the world can produce every product in the world

3. war to kill time, because i got nothing else to do

Allow us to use Tactical weapons/chemical weapons as a first strike sneak attack weapon. Only available to mobile units.
You can have a mobile unit with 1 tactical battery/ 1 chemical battery.

They would preform just like normal nukes and carry the same rules, only difference is they can be launched without the need for war. Also the Q can play a higher factor. The game can compare the attacker(600Q) and the defender(450Q) and do the difference is 150, Half of that becomes the new percentage of being reviled.(since its nuclear attacks there should be a chance of you finding out who fired the missiles).

In the event the attackers Q is higher then the defender, it gives you the chance your attack being hidden.(in this case 75% chance of it being an unknown attacker)
In the event the defenders Q is higher then the attacker, it gives you the chance of being reviled(if the numbers where flipped theirs a 75% chance of being caught and your nations name reviled)
