First deal with slave 1 and main, I traded 200k llw for around 17k htexe

Second deal I cant get to pass due to error message
" Exchange not processed.
Not enough unemployed workers in one of the professions, or
one of the countries exchanged more than 400,000 persons already.
Please try again next month."

But the deal is for 150k llw and 5k htexe and about 11k exe

The total number of transfered and trasferees is about 383k. I know there are enough unemployed to cover the transfers, so what could be the problem?

The number is limited per game month.
If you have made a deal for around 200.000, that is probably enough for a single month.

Another deal can be executed in the next game month.

So, the error message is misleading?

I am fairly certain that on the screen it says something to the effect you can transfer 200k between countries, or 400k between your own empire per game month.

Isn't a slave considered to be in my empire?

(Not trying to pick this apart, I am just confused)

The text is wrong. This is something I just ended up accepting. I have never been able to transfer more than 200k.

The numbers are correct. You just need to add up all these transfer numbers and remain within the limit.

I will check the 400k message to see if it is wrong.

I checked and found out.

The numbers are correct if the requesting country has more than 20M population.

small population countries can do half of that (100.000 or 200.000) that is more than 1% of their population each game month.
It is more than 2% of their work force.

The message you get will be corrected as part of the upgrade, tomorrow (Wednesday)
