A question about mobile units

A question for the GM or anyone more experienced than me:

If I transport a fully upgraded 600Q mobile unit through space from my country to another country of mine or to my CEO for storage, will it retain its quality, or will it decline? And if it stays at storage in my CEO's space center, will it gradually (or immediately?) lose its quality?

None knows? Andy?

When a mobile unit goes into a space center, its quality will be averaged with other mobile units of exactly the same type.

the same will happen on a space station. if there are more of the same type, they will average.

when stored in a space center, or on a space station, there is no decline of quality.
