One of the routers on our site died on us today. It was responsible for the communication between the servers.
We had to go to the site and repair.
everything now runs on one router. A new one will be added ASAP.
It caused a major problem on the site betweem 7:30 am and 9:30 am EST.
Everything is back to normal.
