C3 raiding

I'm noticing that after I raid a C3, I get the cash bonus then after I'm cancelling the country I inherit a couple trillion on cancelled country debt? when did this happen? it omits the benefit of raiding...

Anyway it has been the case eversince I know that you inherit all cash from cancelled countries, no matter if positive or negative.

Yeah, but never this much. I'm being hit with trillions now, this is brand new to me.

why would you raid a c3 with more debt than cash? you can see on the top scrolling bar the cash and debt. look more carefully, transfer the cash immediately after taking it and immediately cancel it.

Yes,that is what I have exactly done in the past, and still do. Then looking at the cash flow, it takes out trillions..
