Update on Accepted and 'ASAP implemented' Voting?

Hey Andy, I just wonder what's the status of the 'Welfare Overview' I suggested in Voting, which was Accepted in Voting and you replied: 'We agree and more info is needed. We will add to our plan and try to implement it ASAP.'

Soooo...whats 'ASAP' as that has been back in April?
