I told Jan Wolfker called her a whore, and she asked me why he called her that.

This is his response:

"Can you send her this lol: You called for our ugliness with your antics of drama and brought a disastrous war to WG. You may have helped a plenty in the social aspect at the expense of the other game fronts, congratulations. I don't refer to you as what you are in forum posts, please, I am too honourable for that, but I do make sure my messages get to you through friendly Nico lol... Thanks for virtually becoming of White Giant a Wasteland with your instability and insanity. I despise you and you should feel proud, I rarely despise anyone, not even Nico, which was the one who got his hands dirty, earned this highest honour from me. Er... Sorry for using you as an Owl of sorts?"

Could this be......... Wendy? Sound like her. :S

Nico.....my fellow troll lol anyways, I get the anger. Before my battle computer went down Mother Natures Army hit Face Book. I took pity on those who were getting bullied out of a game and fought by there side. The problem with Sim Country is that there is money involved.....never involve money into a game......a game should be a pleasure not a burden........but today unless you pay you wont play. I was gonna say unless you spend stupid time to level the playing field, but even time wont let you compete these days on many other games......

Anyway. Wendy my Queen of Battle. As a admirer of your skill and ternasity (I know...I dont tink I have ever used the word before and spell check has let me down) I still have to say that I hope you have not been kicking someone while they are down????? I know Jan has been here longer than I have I'm sure so thats many years for a grudge to manifest its self and who am I to say what is right or wrong when one is dealing out a grudge??? But sometimes grudges can make you want to kill and thats just not right my Queen of Battle.

Last Word to Nico. Don't Bump S#@T till its out of eyes view

I see Nico. What is it you have against tree's? I bet you sleep with the light on lol come Nico I'll take your misguided interpretation of reality and put you straight. I'm guessing you think you know who you are, but always wonder if you should be someone else? Look through your third eye. It will show you who you should be. But to do that you have to be at peace with all life around you. So stop hating tree's, take a deep breath, relax and let your ego go.

Why do you keep caring for this woman, who has died virtually? I myself do not care for her and laugh her off. Ridiculous. Tell her to make a damn account and stop using you (and me using you by extension) as a damn mail owl so I can communicate my love personally, I am sure she would enjoy that... Pity you had to bump this thread to bring it to full attention, attention which brought fire on you...

I wonder why some people take this game out to the real world like Jan and Nico... Tis unfortunate. "I will cut down more trees as you post" - Pfft

Oh yes Its Friday night, I have no where to go due to being Dezire Less and having just enough money for a oouple of beers, some dog food for my hound and £1 for electric (to those who know I became a father 3 years ago and are wondering why I talk like I'm alone. The mother of my child lost both kidneys when she was 10, together with many other bad things in life, she has no trust....so to bring the peace I had to leave my little baby girl (I see her three times a week if I'm lucky). Also I am a tree surgeon (I only deal with dangerous and dying trees) so as money does grow on tree to me, if she even needed anything I get the money). I know after saying on another thread about keeping personal stuff out of a game lol I can be a real dope sometimes...but they say a problem shared is a problem halved so with the 1000,s that will read this maybe my problem will nearly go away lol.

Anyways.....And what do I see infront of me :) two comments that need attention :) happy days.......good job I forgive Nico otherwise I would be on the game choosing a target and shuttling over The Forces of Nature.

Ok as it can take me longer than it should to put down in words what I think I'm gonna check my stew, made from home grown ingredients (apart from the beef....Them cow are two strong to hold still while I do the business lol no not really, I can't kill a ant without feeling sorry for it let alone a cow. On one situation in life I do agree with 'ignorance is bliss' Tip for all who have no land....get a allotment), crack a beer and get my s#@t on!!!

i agree about the personal stuff, this is such a long term game, that our real life becomes a part of it.

both of my boys are disabled, they are wonderful, and amazing, yet need allot of help, and even tho i've got enough time to play the game competitively, i'm disinclined to commit that time, and just do what i can. while leaving myself commitment free to take care of my family.

the personal things we all face, shouldn't be an issue in game politics, considering that some of us have been playing together for years, we are going to get to know each other. and its just wrong to humiliate some one, based on their personal life. or make personal attacks, to gain an in game edge.

it just doesn't need to be on the forums, or chat, at least not in a negative way.

Nix, i get the ant thing, i refuse to kill spiders, even though they give my wife nightmares... and we live in an area that has allot of tarantulas! you know they migrate each year? i saw one once, pointed it out, and my wife had nightmares about it for weeks!! lol i mock the people that complain about the bugs, i tell them maybe their'd be less bugs, if you didn't kill all the spiders!!

Helloa cl108. Like my Tax return, the Third eye is not something to be focused on for it is already there.....you just need to ignore all other thoughts that might influence the out come.
Today there are two main factors that stop your third eye from having a influence on your conciseness.
1) Desire. Desire makes you think. You need to clear your mind of what you want.
2) Interference with the functioning of your third eye. This is a very complex strategy as the things that interfere with our third eye are all around us.

Any other force, even natural forces like lightning and thunder, wind and sun, interferes with the natural balance of frequency. Electricity, noise pollution, light pollution, air pollution, distress from life forms around you all contribute to the interference of the natural conciseness.

Once one has reached a state of desire less and found a environment with a stress free natural frequency, then one will experience the connection of your third eye to your conciousness :)

Edit. Hi Josias. My little girl was three months premature due to her mums condition. Our society, at one point in time, looked beyond personal gain and put all resources into ensuring all life was looked after. In the UK we have the NHS. The NHS saved my little girls life there and then. No questions asked. Today I see the NHS being destroyed to ensure the banks stay afloat and to allow tax dodgers to dodge tax in the fear they will leave us. I pray Josias, that for the sake of the rich we don't turn our backs on the vulnerable. And that one day the vulnerable will have the respect they deserve for living with problems we can't even imagine.

Peace bro.

but that only works as long as you disconnect, which in a since, is pointless. in order to effect anything, you must rise above it, conquer it, to command and effect it. thats my take anyway

Yes but thats it. You need to rise above all the things that make you think the way you do due to the interference. Now, you have enough on your plate to go to a place that only makes life more difficult. As as I am now a father I can not go to where I should/used to be. I have to work with the society that has been created whether I like it or not. The third eye is for those without responsibility for anothers soul. For the third eye will make you a out cast from the very society you need to survive. Only those who can, like the ones who have everything or the ones who have nothing can go there. Otherwise it will mess your head up.

except that humans need and crave social interaction, as much as they need food, water, and shelter.

i believe that we exist on 3 levels, a material, or natural level, a mental or logical level, and a spiritial level that is often illogical, and more of a principal, rather than sensible. to deny one need, is to thro the entire thing of balance,

those that do poorly in social interactions, whether its do to being at the bottom of the pecking order, or to a disability, often lash out, or do self destructive things. denying our social needs, is as detrimental as denying ourselves food. short periods, of cleansing, are indeed good, but prolonged periods, tends to erode our own strength.

nix001

Friday, January 31, 2014 - 09:58 pm Click here to edit this post
You forget even those at the top of the pecking order lash out due to fear. To remove myself from dependancey from the society that destroys everything I had to become nothing more than myself. I took on a allotment to feed myself and those I love. I have a shed on the allotment to be used if I ever needed a roof. I have the beginning of a stream on my plot for water...And to protect me I have the allotment association and the allotmenteers who love nothing more than to fight with the powers that be.

For sure I get lonely when I'm on my own.

We exist on one level. Life. It may consist of many things but on a level of existence there is only one.

As I said. To use the third will be self destructive as what it will show you is a contradiction to the life you live to survive.
But is that not what life is? To sacrifice for the future generations?

Without Mother Nature what does the future have to call their own?

Thats why the children are so pissed off. They see us destroying the only thing they have.
And the ones that are paying attention are realising that our plan is to teach them how to deal with it instead of us dealing with it our selves....

Get ready for the kids to kick off.....and why wouldn't they? who else is gonna stop us from destroying their planet? God? LOL
Unfortunately when I say kids I mean 8-12 year olds. They wont know what they are rebelling against, all they will know is they need to rebel against power. As Adults we need to show them we are willing to sacrifice our misguided desires to fulfil their economic desires, which compared to having the birds and bees, they are understanding there is nothing they desire more than what they need. That and us living our lives for their future existence and not continue to destroy it.

its been over 15 years, since a rail road tramp friend of mine, who went by the name "dumpster dave," for real, and a really good friend, we used to kick hacky sack together for hours, and hours... well he told me a story once, of another tramp he met, who was trying to live like Jesus, and because Jesus didn't wear shoes, neither did he. DD pointed out that the duck tape that he'd kept on using to hold his skin together, from all the cuts and gouges, very much resembled shoes, and the dude just broke down and cried.

seriously, from the sound of what you are saying, that you are denying yourself the very enjoyment of "Life," in order to save it.

humans are social creatures, by nature. ambition, assertiveness, aggression, are natural parts of our beast nature, ironically, a nature that you sacrifice, to save?

i'm not saying that is "wrong," far from it. i am totally aware that not every one is made the same. just that only the extreme will go to the degree that you will, isn't their a better "way" ?

Thank you for the reading to the point of understanding. Yes it is a sacrifice that in a twisted way gave me the well being to enjoy life for what it is.

Maybe we are social because its a natural instinct to share what we have and what we know. Unfortunately monetising what we know and what we have has brought a miss trust to social reasoning I fear.

Where is survival in your list of our beast nature? Or have we become that overwhelmed by distillation that survival is either a given or surpassed by living for today?

I was lucky. I walked down the valley of the shadow of death twice (Jerusalem and the internet) and came out the other side. For me my struggle then was when is a mans sacrifice enough? when does he put his shoes on and walk down his own path?

survival? well, thats an interesting question, that actually goes back a little to what i said about levels of exsistance.

with out chemicals, ie preservatives, and refrigeration, a very large chunk of humanity would die from starvation. that combines with the modern supermarket, which thrives on "consumers," certainly, we can do with less consumtion, but denying it entirely... might as well press that big red button, nature would survive a nuclear holocost, and humans would adapt. it'd be quicker, and less painfull than if we where to just cap off all the oil wells...

about less consumption, i work in a landfill, i pull out recyclable material from trash, as the bulk of my labor. i'm very well aware, that a large chunk of things people buy, get tossed, with out being used, or very little use.

so i guess i'd say i'm in the middle ground, that the hippy-survivalist, well, our planet wouldn't be able to support a fraction of the current population. how ever, clearly, we don't need all the stuff we are led to believe we need.

as far as sacrifice? well, i have very Christian beliefs, and that is to trust God to change the world, rather than do it myself.

i try not to introduce my religion into this game. you wouldn't question my beliefs if i won a game of chess, but because many take this game much more personally, they'll question your character, based on the way you play. where as i see myself playing a game... so i try to avoid religious discussion, on this thread. how ever, your question, with my morals, does not allow me to bypass saying that i believe that any sacrifice, should be done to remove anything that separates you from God, and trust that God is truly all-powerful, that their is an after life, and this world, with all its flaws, and problems, is temporary.

Josias - Let me simply start off by admitting I am a troll here, and that I am unashamed to be one. As you point out you -trust God to change the world, rather than do so yourself - seems to me to be not in keeping with Christian belief. There are two main points to your point here, one that God is active and will intercede, and that this life if temporary whereby the true reward will come later (for the faithful). If we believe, as many do, that God created the heavens and the earth, and that he instructed man to tend it, then aren't we doing a disservice to his gift and charge if we leave the world worse than when we got it? Did God say exploit the animals, waste my gift for ease and comfort and profit? To say that this world has flaws and it is up to God to fix them does not acknowledge the fact that you were put on this earth by Him with freewill. The idea that -sacrifice should be done to remove anything that separates you from God - should tell you that your plush lifestyle is getting in the way. The transcendentalists (Christian) suggest that we don't own things, they own us. Our car needs gas so I must work to keep it filled. This continues drawing your thoughts and actions away from glorifying God to tending to the everyday things that require our attention. If you truly believe as you have said, I suggest you walk into a natural setting, away from people and the city, and see for yourself what separates you more from God, your things, or nature. If you find, as many have before you, that nature in fact is one of the best conduits to glorifying God, then you should advocate for its continued preservation. It is my belief also that if you see the hand of God in nature and the world, then you would advocate for their respectful treatment, their worth, and their use without waste or excess. Remember that if God has given us Freewill, then we must use our freedom in ways that keep with what we believe to be His intentions.

Sorry to keep this post going, this was not the original topic I know.

but you can't take it to the extreme either way! Theirs a saying "He's so heavenly minded, he's no earthly good!"

saying to let go and let God, detaches us from things that we have no control over. attaching to "love your brother as yourself," re-attaches to social responsibility, in a more realistic way.

is it hateful to you, for me to work hard, and drive home with groceries for my family? if it is, you are taking it to extreme, just find fault.

if you think that hard work to take care of a family is "plush living," you need to take a step back. why must i literally disconnect from the social/material world to know God? Rather, i must disconnect from the need to lie, cheat, and steal to get along.

Jesus had times went he went out alone. How ever, he did not disconnect from human society. He was in fact accused of being a drunk! because he associated with any that sincerely wanted to hear his word.

I'd rather not argue resurrection, as i'm trying hard not to say you are "wrong," just taking something to such a extreme degree, that you are missing the point... you've heard the old saying "I can't see the forest through all these trees!!!"

I'm not advocating a clear cutting campaign, but i'm not opposed to logging, either. Its a renewable resource. I'm not against drilling for oil. But i don't see why solar energy isn't pushed harder...

After about 20 minutes of looking, a few months ago, i found solar powered battery chargers, that where very affordable. even small solar or wind powered generators, can be affordable, and reduce allot of pollution that our current process creates. we can maintain much or our lifestyle, with just some adjustments.

the problem, is more of a high end thing. back in the day, big business bought up all the trolley systems, and ripped them out, so that people would be forced to buy cars. the problem, is those that WILL lie, cheat, and steal, to make a buck.

in a place that i worked at a few years ago, when i got their, i was gung-ho about getting stuff done, and proving myself. but the first hour and half of the day, my team would just talk about hunting and fishing. then after dragging our feet, we'd do an hour of work, then hide by the AC for the rest of the day. when they got that i wanted to actually work, they got rid of me. they even called the health department on me, because i refused to take a vaccine. (quick side note about vaccines, my dad died from a flue shot, i wont take them, they can, literally, kill me,)

but the point of that is, their is an ever growing chunk of Americans, in particular, that would rather lie, slander, or other wise find fault, with those that would be honest and hard working.

these are the kind of things that we should unite against, rather than disassociate from. disconnecting wont solve the problem, their will always be people that will do what ever to get ahead. and they will, if we let them. As the saying goes, "All it takes for evil to succeed, if for good men to do nothing,"

T Mac

Josias- I am not arguing against getting groceries for your family or against work. I bet everyone can agree that work gives us meaning. I am pointing out an idea that seems to be forgotten too often, and that is that if we do nothing, like in your last line, we cannot expect divine intervention. We need to be mindful of our actions, our choices, and our potential. When we do this, we are conscious in the present. We also must think generations beyond now. Will your children's children have to struggle because you took it easy?
On a separate note I challenge you go into the wild, into the natural with your beliefs and see how you can get closer to your God in what has been deemed Gods country. I bet you find peace, ease of connection, and awe of His creation. It is worth your advocacy. As far as lazy people and liars, there are too many of them to beat the honest men. Working to honest pay for honest work is another topic for another day.

it is what you said, lol

Quote:

basically saying its a distraction from God, to work, to have a life. but what does God want? ironically, God never made an issue in the care of the planet, but entirely on how man relates to each other. with the greatest commandment, to love god, and then the second, to love your neighbor as yourself. its easy to focus on one thing with a magnifying glass, and lose sight of the whole picture, which is to treat God and each other with respect.

how ever, it IS the everyday things, that God is concerned about. its how we live, that is the "city on a hill," carry that thought to the current concept, to go out hang out with grizzly adams, is not what God wants.

he wants us to live responsibly. which does include taking care of the planet. how ever, its not necessary to disconnect from a modern life style to do that. being less concerned about our material possessions, and choosing do business honestly, and with honest people, as opposed to "the end justify the means," type thing. collectively, we CAN change things.

its how things got here from their. what was exceptable on TV 50 years ago, is very different from what is today. their is less and less responsibility to God, and to each other. only what the laws of the land establish. which allow for loop holes, grey areas, and even out right bribery. that leads to astonishing things... like "phone convience fees," i mean why do i have to pay extra to pay a bill over the phone? don't you want my money? i get why compaines do that, i used to be one of the phone tech, for a long time. but nowadays its normal to charge a fee for a fee.

this kind of thinking, that you MUST do all you can to make a buck, and it doesn't matter who gets hurt in the process, is the problem. If we could collectively except more meager living, much of the burden we put on the planet would be relaxed.

As long as we celebrate greed, the planet will suffer. The hippy lifestyle will do nothing to change this.

back in the day, when the Iran war started. i was really, really, poor. I was living on bread and butter, literally, and very sensitive to the price of bread. a loaf of bread went from 49 cents to 89 cents to prevent hoarding. i agreed that was good. then they brought down the statue on live TV, every one breathed a sigh of relief, we all were really worried.

when the statue can down, the next day, bread went back to 49 cents a loaf. about half a week later, i noticed a couple of suits standing by the bread rack at the store, wringing their hands, with a gleam in their eye, the next day, bread was 89 cents again, because the store realized people would pay it.

a few years ago, with the oil price hike. the price of everything went up, because oil is our economies life blood. as a result, people drove less, and the demand went down, so did the price. it returned to near what it was before. how ever, the price of everything stayed what is was... because people would pay it. and now its like triple what is was, and it hasn't really been that long of a time.

the rich taking advantage of the poor, is nothing new. its been like this since the beginning of society. how ever, this mindset, (among other things,) is what places the burden of cleaning up the planet on the next generation. like the national debt, borrow now, and our children already owe us their lives, they can pay it back... its this kind of greed that needs to be stopped. which i believe, the answer is to go out and be an example for righteous living. if enough people start to value honest work, honest business, and honest politics, it will have the secondary effect of saving the planet.

that is to say, save society, and people first, and the rest of creation will benefit, Romans 8:18-21

Obviously balance is the key! Each and every individual has personal responsibility for themselves. This has been lost. Now everybody wants to blame their station in life on some outside influence because they have been disadvantaged somehow. However with that being said, We, humans, do not have all the answers. We must do what we personally can but depend on and rely on God to permanently fix the problems.

This is why the 'model prayer' or the 'Lords prayer' in Matthew chapter 6 is good. Because in it you pray for Gods kingdom to come, for his will to be done on earth. Humans cannot make that happen, that's why we pray for God to make it happen.

So just as any kingdom or government that you support, you live by its 'constitution' or 'rules' or 'code of conduct'. You most certainly don't support any other type of government, otherwise you are called a traitor. Well, the 'constitution' or 'rules' of the kingdom that is prayed for in the Lords prayer are clearly set out in the scriptures. Very very few are even attempting to live by that kingdom. Why? Some out of ignorance, some out of selfishness.

Sadly we live in a society where consumption is king. EVERYBODY that plays this game to one degree or another are victims of the consumer based lifestyle.

Although we are expected to do what we can to make our little corner of the world a little better place, the real solution and the permanent solution can and will only come though that kingdom that all Christians are taught to pray for. But whats even worse is that many profess to be christian but do not understand the very thing they are praying for.

The world has become very very ignorant and uneducated. Majority only eats what they are fed and care little about what else is out there!

I don't believe in God. I only believe in Good. I don't believe in the Devil. I only believe in Evil.
To deny ourselves the right to do good because it may disconnect us from the Evil society we live in is a sin in the eyes of the Good. Only the Good people can defeat the Evil people. Only the human will ensure the survival of the future because the human rules the World (Mother Nature rules Earth as she is showing with her attempts to compensate for the actions of humans) It is up to you which side you work hard for. Unfortunately too many Good have been brainwashed into working for the Evil. This has left the rest of the Good on the ropes, poor and disadvantaged, and the Evil running the show with all the status that comes with being The Boss.
Point:
If you are a parent you have limited means of being a guardian for your childrens planet as you are also a guardian of their immediate existence. But if you are not a parent you are able to risk the consequences of going all out against the Evil people who call themselves leaders while robbing the Blind, corrupting the innocent and destroying your nieces and nephews environment.
As it was for our forefathers to sacrifice themselves on the battles fields of the past in the defence of the sanctity of our lives/their future generations, so it is also down to us to sacrifice for the sanctity of our future generations. If you are not sacrificing then you are not fighting. If you are not fighting you are a accomplice in the eyes of the law.

Interesting take nix. Here's my take:

I don't believe in god, or any higher power.

Neither do I believe there is any such thing as good or evil. People have good and bad sides.

Further, one person can be seen as a "good person" to some while being seen as a "bad person" to others.

And I don't believe that the 'evil rich people' are running the planet. That argument has always struck me as an indicator of Tall Poppy Syndrome.

As for the environment, never give up hope. I think we're entering a turning point in the Green movement where things will get better quickly. In fact, the environment in the USA in the 21st Century is already better than it was during the 1940s, due to the replanting of forests in the 70s and the movement toward recycling. Further, solar panels are booming in places like California (and here in Australia). We're slowly going to go renewable.

I'd say things are getting worse environmentally. Sure you've got developed countries like the U.S. and Western Europe making significant emission cuts but then you've got countries like China, India, Brazil, and Russia that are expanding their industries and emissions.

These countries had to react to the might of the US military that has been built on debt and exploitation allowed by a capitalistic society. If they did not become industrialised and capitalistic they would have been swallowed up. Up until then the Chinese worked to the Han philosophy of the father looks after the son until the son can look after the father. A philosophy of natural protection of the future generations.
The Indians were Religious. Again. morals conquered profit at the table of power. Brazil again a strong Religious and family society.
Russia....Dam Russia has learn't alot. It is a mix of many but it got destroyed by the onslaught of The Capitalists.

Capitalists are thinkers. Straight out. They get taught it at the age of two these days. This is what your going to be....Rich and powerful. A soldier is honour and protection. A nurse is compassionate and strong. 95% of the last two are who they are because that is who they are. The capitalist has no other reason in life but to make money. S#@t they even destroyed viable companies to make profit the d'~ks.

Now we are all born equal. We are who we are becouse of others around us. In 1903 they greedy let the dogs out and they won. thats 111 years ago. We are the children of a system set up to not defend the future, but to have what we can today and f#@k the future....we'll just teach the future how to deal with it.....F~'K That.

Wait who am I talking to? LOL sorry its 11 pm on a Friday night :)

Ok Hi Tom. Good will sacrifice themselves for others, where as Evil will sacrifice others for them selves. And yes Bro. The Good are rising :)

Helloa Ian. I bet it tastes good :)

Hi LB. The USA and the western world just pollute higher up in the atmosphere where its effects are long term. They also use other countries to produce the items they think we want,

Maybe two things happened to these countries. They had to defend themselves from a military built beyond the means of sustainability with debt. And the capitalists needed a cheap workforce to make the products that they were selling to the people they had converted cheaper to make more profit and so invested in the industrialisation of these countries.

The problem is Capitalists don't have a home like you and me...the world is their home and countries and societies are nothing but a crowd to be exploited.

Jesus would be Sooo pissed off. :(

Nix are you referring the Capitalist to the corrupt money changers that Jesus broke up for their desecration of Holy things and thoughtlessness for the souls that are here?
What do you expect when one trades happiness and good for a soulless object?
Sorry tom just trying to help nix get the most post award.

Actually Dud, I watched a documentary in school about America running out of water and needing us to ship it down to them. It's on netflix but I can't remember what it is called.
