Direct Trading PLEASE READ

so I am trying to transfer money and people from a country I took over to my original country. the only way I can do it is direct trading. so the direct trading things says I have 0 SC in my account. How do I get SC. I have 300B SC on my home country page. I don't understand.

go to direct trade page, click on "receive game money from countries", then you can transfer SC$ from country to your account. Then below your list of countries is "send game money to countries". Hit that, and you can transfer SC$ from your account to whichever country you want.
