what do you think is more convenient/money saving/better to do? make your own weapons, buy them via contract from another country, or just buy them straight up in a lump sum? help lol
Making them on your own is money saving and better but not convenient because it will take you real months to build up a decent stockpile. Buying them through contracts has its advantages, but you can't control the price. The best solution if you're new is to observe the open market and buy when the prices hit bottom.
