Uses batteries of each kind to make maintenance units for the strategic military
that way we can free up all these batteries laying around |

Lol beside that--- who doesn't LOVE SPENDING MONEY!!!
but it would free-up and give strategic components another use other then dust collection.
Plus who knows first this then maybe nukes would effect the war game... but lets not get crazy. |
