Employment priority tip

So for years I've struggled with the fact that the only way to adjust educational priorities with any kind of precision is to compare the number of graduates being produced with the rate of accumulation of workers. I've alway eyeballed the historical graphs, sometimes even with a ruler to determine how many workers were retiring. Thus determining how many graduates I needed. Well today I realized there actually is a tool for this. Enjoy. It's tedious but not much more than the hard way.

I struggled with that problem for about five minutes, then wrote a proxy that pulls the data out of the html as it goes by and stuffs it in a database from which I can render much prettier graphs or feed machine learning algorithms. If w3creative would get their act together and generate json or xml output from cgiw in the first place it would be a lot easier to modernise their interface. /sigh.
