Automatic purchasing of Ammo upgrades

For some reason, bezoret West on White Giant is auto purchasing large quantitites of ammunition upgrades. Anyone else getting this problem?

Check your order strategies. If It's not that, are you trying to upgrade some units? I think the game auto orders them if you have none but trying to upgrade.

Seems to be that I set it to auto upgratde...but, before when I did that it didn't actually place the orders so I could do it more slowly.
