Investment funds problems?

I first noticed on Fearless Blue, Between January 3515 and Febuary 3515, a major drop in income from investment funds.

And then from Octobre to novembre 3422 On little upsillon, Thats when i realised something was wrong.

Let me explain:

An IF makes money and payouts money to the country's population. This line tells you how much your country receive total :

Payout to Workers Last Month :

The money your people receive is then returned to you trough various lines including :

-New Contributions by the Population ( found in IF tab from profit/lost)
-Taxes paid by Citizens
-Health Contributions and Cost
-Education Contributions and Cost


To test it out, spend all the money in your investment fund so that there is none left for payments, you will see all 4 affected negatively, dropping your total profits by around half the usual payouts. Where the rest goes is a myste

The payout is 0.7% of the total value of the fund.

If the fund value goes down, the amount paid will decline too.
this is independent of the income from dividend which depends on what the portfolio generates in dividends.
this can also change in time.
