Over the last 12 game months, my asset value has had 3 large swings...the first dropped the value by about 10T, the second rebounded the value, and the third dropped the value again by 10T. The ONLY index where this swing shows up is Total Assets. When I look at the asset details, there are no corresponding swings, which leads me to believe this is a system problem? As of this moment, I've lost about $35T in value across 3 countries in my empire. Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes you are right.

assets are in fact items you have in the country, materials, weapons, schools you have built etc.

There was a fixed item there, the "country" itself. this was about 10T.
it was removed, caused an error, reversed, error fixed and removed again.

Good observation. I am sorry about it.
