What misuse? Multis? It doesn't matter if you are looting corps as a multi, whether they are worth 5B or 500B if they both have the same $ value of assets in them...

So basically free players are not aloud to manage their own economy then? I'm trying to loot a C3 for pop and corporate assets, but apparently that isn't aloud these days. What happens when the corps I started in my main go over 250B in value? What if I want to restructure my local markets? As a returning player, this doesn't fill me with a desire to go premium...

Because now I am stuck setting the hiring level to 10% and throwing away all of the corporate assets that I am trying to loot just to get the pop...

It's not about looting that free Players are restricted. If you set up multiple accounts, buy up all Corps of a Country and Close them all at once you can seriously destabilize a Country of a potential enemy. This is also one of the reasons one Player cant buy/build as many Corps in a Country as he wants.
And on a side note: My personal opinion is if you want full functionality you have to pay for it, perfectly fine for me. Someone has to pay energy, Servers and the development.

That makes absolutely zero sense. You can't close down your enemy's corps without being in control of his country, which is obviously not going to happen as a new free player... Or indeed as any player unless you somehow conquer it, which implies that it has no war protection, which would mean that it is no longer his country&economy anyways as you conquered it fair and square.

That restriction makes more sense, as it wouldn't make sense to have 30 corporations pop up in a single game month...

I have no problem with having to pay to unlock the full features of the game, but making pay to play, then offering a free to play mode where y

i believe you can run a CEO, instead of a country with your free account, thats what i did years ago with the old 2 week trials

like that, you could run the CEO into the ground, bidding on corps, causing damage,

i'm with BQ, the free trial is meant to hook you into the full version. whats wrong with hanging out, getting the feel for it, then figuring out that its worth the 4 dollars a months?

also, you can lower the MV buy raising taxes, and profit sharing, no reason to shoot your self in the foot with 10% hiring

I jacked up the profit sharing and taxes. Nonetheless, I have no problem paying $4 a month if I enjoy a game, but I can't exactly pay that yet, as I lack a debit card/credit card. (I'll be getting a debit card soon enough as it's becoming more and more inconvenient not having one as time goes on.) I wish the GM would take bitcoin.
