When do we receive the rewards and are they directly deposited into your account

I know why lol what prepaid credit card can I use to make purchases on the game because the green dot prepaid card and netpend doesn't work so what should I use

there are two possibilities:

Paypal and whatever credit cards they take
and the second option on the page, which also shows the credit cards they accept.
