W3C - Staff involvement and contact

As some of you may have noticed we have been stepping up our activity on the forum lately in an attempt to improve our response times and ensure better service.
As always, we're happy to listen to any suggestions, problems, complaints and rants you may or may not want to direct at us. I'd like to take this opportunity though, to remind everyone of the proper channels for contacting the staff about any such thing because I've become aware that a lot of people have been sending direct messages using the ingame mail to some of the staff. This is difficult for us to deal with as those are personal accounts and not accessible for the whole staff.
The correct way to contact us and get a reply as fast as possible is:
- sending an email to gamemaster@simcountry.com
- posting on the forum, in the sections: general, beginners, help, suggestions and problems.

More forum activity certainly get's a *thumbsup* from me. I guess if response time on the forums gets better there will be less need for other contact-channels.

And please, could someone do something about those header bars in the 'help' section or is it just me seeing those?

What's "fast as possible"? Faster than 14 days and still waiting via that email channel?

In that case, Jonni, dear, I will email the gamemaster 50 times a day until you give my Andrew a big big raise. I NEED A CONDO ON THE BEACH!!! lol Ooooh you so shouldn't have told me bout the nerf rocket!!!! ha ha ha ha

It only holds 4 rockets... I'm sure Andy will be reloading it very frequently though.

It's time to release the kraken!

Tis been 17 days with no reply to my E-mail. :-/

We should now be completely caught up. It is possible that some emails got lost in an overly aggressive spam filter. This issue has been addressed but anyone that's still waiting on a reply will have to resend the email.
As of now we should generally have replies in 1 workday.

Prob all the Mom mail Andrew was sent got lost. I ain't heard from my son in eons!!!!!!!!! SCOWL!
