As some of you may have noticed we have been stepping up our activity on the forum lately in an attempt to improve our response times and ensure better service.
As always, we're happy to listen to any suggestions, problems, complaints and rants you may or may not want to direct at us. I'd like to take this opportunity though, to remind everyone of the proper channels for contacting the staff about any such thing because I've become aware that a lot of people have been sending direct messages using the ingame mail to some of the staff. This is difficult for us to deal with as those are personal accounts and not accessible for the whole staff.
The correct way to contact us and get a reply as fast as possible is:
- sending an email to gamemaster@simcountry.com
- posting on the forum, in the sections: general, beginners, help, suggestions and problems.

We do our best to reply as fast as possible. Using the above methods of contact will guarantee your message will get our attention.

Thanks to all of you for being a wonderful community and I hope we can give back more through our increased involvement.

P.S. We've installed a cute little nerf rocket-pod in the office which shoots me in the eye every time the gamemaster address gets an email.

More forum activity certainly get's a *thumbsup* from me. I guess if response time on the forums gets better there will be less need for other contact-channels.

And please, could someone do something about those header bars in the 'help' section or is it just me seeing those?

We should now be completely caught up. It is possible that some emails got lost in an overly aggressive spam filter. This issue has been addressed but anyone that's still waiting on a reply will have to resend the email.
As of now we should generally have replies in 1 workday.
