You get a loan almost instantly. As for loaning out your money. It might be good to realize how large the market is.
I alone am offering more then 200T for people to loan from me. And I'm not a big player on the market. There are a LOT more dollars being offerd then people need loans. So it might take a while. There is no 'fixed time' for it.
