Whenever the gamemaster feels like it, but i guess they dont want anyone to own them anymore. they wont put any up so they get into the game. Kind of ridiculous really.

If 2 professional officers get together can they make a professional soldier?

Only if one is a Female and one a Male perhaps the game master has run out of one particular sex lol!

Well with gender reassignment ie... Bruce Jenner perhaps this situation can resolve it's self. Sim could create new corps for spare parts and we could make them ourselves in war hospitals.

where do you buy professionals anyway?

And Sunny, they may be at 7.6, but there's actual open market supply. I haven't seen that since I started.

Offers for both soldiers and officers should always be available.
