Is there anyway to increase the population of a capital city. When I transfer a certain amount of people to a country a certain amount goes to the Capital. Any way I can have it so I can set the amount that goes to the Capital or have the whole amount of population go there. Example if I transfer 1,000,000 to a country (as it stands now about 47,000 go to the capital and the rest to other cities) can I set the amount of say 500,000 to the Capital. anyone know if there is a way to do that?

The division into capital/cities/towns/counties is mostly there for military reasons, to ensure you have appropriate numbers of targets of the right sizes. If you could move it around, you'd do things like moving all the pop out of your capital into counties, to avoid nukes(since they can only hit bigger settlements).

If you care for reasons of roleplaying, try building "suburbs", by moving your cities and towns into the area around your capital. That's easy enough to do.
