Optimal Salaries for an Enterprise

What is the best salary for an enterprise. Some of my corps salaries are at 360 while some are at 190, my current target salary is much higher, is there any salary I should set my corps to in my enterprise?

Is it good to have a target salary this high, what is an optimal salary level for all the corps in your enterprise?

What are the benefits, will it help make my corps more profitable?

Holy cow, I have mine at 350..

I run 500 salaries but that about as high as you want to go. If you want good levels 350 is a good number.

Way back I ran 1100 which got me about 155% production, but those days are long gone.

I pay my workers in bits of string and pocket lint I find laying around.

They are pretty stupid so it works for now.

Eventually I may have to start giving them farm animals.

I lowered my salaries in my enterprise to 400
