Purchasing defensive weapons. MIB, DMB, AMMB are good bets. You will need the ammo that goes with them but the ammo won't raise your index.
Make sure you have 150 forts to start. |

Don't buy more than you can afford though. Depending on the world you are on, your current war level, and why you are wanting to raise it, you may choose not to raise it all. |

just buy MIBs aka missile interceptor batterys and ammo, they raise your defense index alot and are not majory expensive, if thats all you need to do. Need to read documents and play game longer to understand more. |
