Is there a way to turn off automation on supplies?

It keeps setting my supplies to 180 quality and it's killing my economy to have fully upgraded corporations shoot with 120 Q supplies.

In the automation tab, I turn off almost everything. If you have it auto grow your economy or something like that it messes with things. The only one I leave on is reactivate weapons if someone declares war.
