I emailed the GMs a couple weeks back at gamemaster@simcountry.com. I never got a reply so I posted in the help forum if I should a different email address and never got a response. I am posting here now hoping the GMs look in this forum every once in awhile. I would like a response to my email please. My email address is my (real) name @mavs.uta.edu.
Thanks!

You failed to sacrifice a goat to our Dark Lord Joni.

Works best if you do it in an electronics store at midnight.

Weird, I've never not gotten a reply, but yeah I do sacrifice goats to Joni, and I know his wicked mother who will beat him soundly with a broom if he doesn't heed my questions.

It really is ridiculous that they won't even bother to respond just to say no to me. Now I see they do reply to emails since Vespasian posted a response he recently received. I guess I should follow up in my email that I will simply leave the game if they don't care enough to reply to a paying customer.

Dear Zentrino,

Before jumping to conclusions and voicing your frustrations here, try reaching out to them again. You know sometimes emails get "lost" and overlooked when there are so many. Every player is important to my son, Andrew, and Jonni. They have sometimes even overlooked mine, but I know it is because they are busy. But historically, they are good at getting back to peeps. If the boys aren't readily available, perhaps you can get an answer from one of the many skilled, talented Veteran players in the game. Dun ask me though! I ONLY know about shoes and stuff!! :P

Wish you luck!

Three emails should be sufficient. It was not a question that can be answered by a player. I purchased GCs to build up corps in my enterprise on KB. When I was using those GCs that I bought with my real money I accidentally purchased the super boost for my ceo on LU and not KB. I asked if they could correct that by moving them to the KB ceo. I have had zero response to my request. They could at least say tough luck if they are not going to do it.
As far as not voicing it here, I spent my money on that and I have asked several times both in email and here for a response. Their silence is telling.

The answer is probably no considering they haven't responded. I'm pretty sure it is probably somewhere in the game rules that simcountry doesn't take that kind of request. They probably saw your email and your request here but I don't think they have the time to help you with a mistake, and by helping you other players would probably do the same.

My baby boy, Andrew, is home visiting his Mom....ME....for the holidays!!! Give him a break, Zentrino!!!!!! I think we should make a petition for the GMs to be more active and communicate with us more.

I think not, unlike you I have some respect for GMs they are probably busy with other more important things other than fixing players own mistakes when they should have clicked the right thing, while they could be improving the game and working on important things.

>while they could be improving the game and working on important things.

Bahahaha, you're funny if you think they're working on the game.

We're paying customers. At least a lot of us are, I don't know about you. The least we can get is exceptional customer service.

If you want that you would probably have to pay more.

Also personally I would rather the game be exceptional then the customer service be exceptional

I would personally want the game to be exceptional, but problem is, they've nearly but ceased to work on this game. NO new development whatsoever for years, they haven't implemented anything we've asked for, for years. This game is almost dead.

The last thing they COULD provide is exceptional customer service. In fact, I think you are being the one who is asking for too much when you say you want an exceptional game.

I told all of you how to properly address our Dark Lord.

If you choose to use crude methods like email it is your own fault.

Zentrino,

I sympathize with your issue, but it may be that the GMs cannot reverse the boost after it has gone through. You have to be careful when you play two worlds. They may not be able to "fix" your mistake. Also, anyone could pay for something, and then turn around and say....Oops I made a mistake. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to learn the hard way and deal with it, if you know what I mean.

@ SeizeForce - Perhaps your problem in the game is your "exceptionally" bad and negative attitude? You get out of Simcountry, what you put into it. And what do you mean by "dead"? It seems to me that the game designers have somewhat moved the game to be more "individualized" rather than having game cliques to control the game. My only observation is that people don't talk to each other any more in this game. Those were the days, my friend, when the game was fun.

Anyways, good luck to you and all.

there is some truth to that, email doesn't work at least not when you send emails about request to fix problems you created, try asking how you can extend your membership for 10 years and you will probably get a immediate response.

Kill a few hundred billion sim people in a few hours and make the servers crash.

You must make a proper sacrifice to overcome his mighty indifference to your plight.

I heard in eons past every single player owned country in a region on Fearless Blue was nuked repeatedly to appease our Dark Lord and have him grant intercession.

Could be a complete rumor though.

indeed or a donation of a few million dollars to simcountry to get membership for life will cause the GM's to take notice

I am perfectly okay with them being unable to fix my mistake. They need to communicate that though. By the way, the boosts have not been used. They just sit on my CEO on LU because it is old and the corps are all upgraded already.
I am not asking for exceptional customer service. A reply to multiple emails after months is not exceptional, it just shows the existence of a GM. Frankly, the game Gods do not exist.

I can see your point they could at least respond, although they might not because they do not want lots of players sending emails to them.

I am sorry if it is hard to get to us.
We do look at our mail every single day but both our mails and mails sent to us, more often, end up in the spam.

We answer messages we receive, and we check the spam.

We are also here more often and we are checking the Facebook page every day and answer messages.
