We intend to reintroduce the possibility to attack targets from your country, from bases, not from a military unit.

Such attacks will be less powerful than ones that are carried out by a military unit from a short distance from the target but if needed, they can be used.

We will make it possible for medium range batteries to attach from base.

as you may know, some strategic weapons have that capability, including the strategic (conventional), long range missiles and also the nuclear weapons.

The change will take place on Monday Feb. 20th or Tuesday, Feb. 21st.

When the war game is added to the Simcountry APP, such attacks will become available in the APP.

Thank you.

Besides medium-range missiles, other weapons have enough range to shoot from a base and hit neighboring countries. How about allowing all offensive weapons to shoot from bases at targets within their range? That was how it used to be.

Yes I remember that and indeed more weapons can already shoot from the country and very far too.

We will make it possible for more weapons to function in this way but the first step, in the week of Feb. 20th will be medium range missiles.
Check the game news/Forum tomorrow.

I do not think we should use all weapons in this way. Tanks, and other land based weapons should probably be excluded.
I don't see them shooting at targets that are very far away.

Once this is in place, we need to also look at the conditions for winning a war, (painting), upgrading of weapons etc.

Army units in Republic of Missouri are not replenished.
Thu Jul 4, 3885 No Gasoline for the Units.
There are army and garrison units that are short of Gasoline for more than 12 months.

Please make sure the country has enough Gasoline in stock to replenish your forces.

Okay guys why is this starting to happen in most of my countries.

I have no garrisons deployed and all my other units are fully stocked with plenty of in country reserves. As far as I can tell there is no instance of anything being out for even one game month let alone 12.

It seems to be happening only in countries with mobile units and each unit when I check is fully stocked with all weapons, ammo and supplies.

I thought maybe that was, I've seen it when I had to many supply units or nothing for supply units to actually supply.

Since they resupply at the start of a mission if they have nothing to supply they never go on a mission and run out.

That's not the case here I can literally find nothing to be causing this.

Constant shortages can effect welfare indexes and actual shortages can reset automation and cause immediate ordering.

Happening to me too Yankee. For a while now. I couldn't figure it out, and still can't. This could be the current cause of cash disappearing too. I hope not.
