We have looked at the creation of small and tiny garrisons and were able to create blueprints.
If you encounter difficulties, please give us specific example, and we will look into it again.

Yankee,

We looked at the ordering problem of aircraft fuel and have seen that the auto ordering was turned off.
As we discussed on the chat, auto orders do happen if the stock of the material (that has a monthly use), is at a lower level than requested and the auto ordering is on.
Only if the stock becomes negative, immediate orders take place, for lower quantities and the objective is to fix the shortage.
Once the shortage is fixed, the system goes back to normal and will order the requested quantities.

We have tested and found no problem at all in the ordering system.

In the process, last week, we have replaced the shortage covering orders by immediate ones.
It will reduce cases of shortages in general across the game.

Andy,

As for Garrisons:

Check "Republic of Missouri" on FB. You will see two pre-loaded blueprints.

One is Tiny Garrison and the other is Small Garrison.

Now check "Republic of Missouri" on LU. You will see no blueprints defined.

I can make a blueprint. That has never been the issue however the minimum size is 158 units where the minimum size on the small blueprint is 92 and 36 on the tiny.

With the exception of "Republic of Missouri" on LU my main countries on KB and FB have the pre-loaded small and tiny blueprints. None of the C3's I've taken contain the pre-loaded Small and Tiny Blueprints and I was wanting to know how to get them.

Those blueprints are important for a very specific reason. While they are not large enough to do much, they are large enough to make it costly for a lazy player that doesn't recon each and every target.

People are so use to counties and towns as an example, not being defended they can provide a very nasty surprise for someone tired of clicking links or in a hurry depending on what you put in them, and what you are attacked with.

The blueprint system is easy enough however, if you cannot get those pre-loaded blueprints back, would you at least consider lowering the minimum size for the blue prints we can define ourselves (probably the easiest and I would have reasons for them to be as low as 10 weapons ).

I don't intend them to stop anything. What I do intend is to make someone slow down and fight for every inch.

As to the supply issue:

Are you referring to the "Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs." check box on the "Automation" page of various countries?

We are reducing the minimum number of weapons in garrisons to 36. Which is the same minimum as tiny garrisons.

This'll be introduced into the game with tomorrows upgrade.

couldn't you have used the slider bar to set a half sized gar? (or what ever, percent?)

Yes I could however, this is going to be more accurate. I want to be the one shaving a particular weapon type not a percentage point.

And of course there is the faster set up once the blueprint is saved.

garrisons:

It is done and indeed easier.
It was a tiny change in the code.

Supplies of aircraft fuel

I just checked and amount used is corrected.
The actual orders based on the new use amount will be issued next game month.

We see a reduction in shortages of materials in many countries.
It is the result of the change into immediate orders in case the country has a severe shortage.

It helped with aircraft fuel but also with other products.

Some showed a spike in purchases of a product but it quickly returned to the previous level.
