Destroying Interceptors and Helicopters

I was wondering if its better to use air wings of 300fighters and 100 precision bombers or 400 fighters when attacking enemy defenses that are made up of both helicopters and interceptors or in cases where you are attacking a sole helicopter wing that is being assisted by a mobile interceptor wing?

Also what fighting level should the air wings be at?

The best thing to do is test it. The results are valuable information. Attack a c3 with 2 wings in each configuration and compare the results.
