State Run Corporation Settings

OK, It's been a few years.....what are some good suggestions for state corporations? WildEyes guide used to be THE economy Bible, but things have changed since then....is there an updated guide somewhere that I am missing? Perhaps someone can post a link to it?

Salaries?
Profit transfer?

That would be a good idea for someone or even a few to work on an economy Bible guide. Aries has over the years largely provided a war guide.
