just checked ,none but i remember something i did do now that you mention contracts ,would drastically changing corps monthly supplies do it?

It could, seeing that contracted goods are generally much higher quality than you need in corps. It could be your corps are getting money directly from the country because you're paying too much for supplies.

changed the settings seems that was the prob. bleeding seems to have stopped...thanks for your input Heisenberg
