Thoughts?

I think it's time to let bygones be bygones and put this game to sleep.

There's barely anyone online anymore. Hardly any updates on forums, it's dead jim, like way dead, like you could resurrect it and it'd suicide.

My 2 cents... your's?

if it doesent take to much to keep run, let it be, it seems worlds and players are more active though, not tones but who knows what can happen. Besides isent this like every simcountry player at somepoint? Like what benefit do you get of the game shutting down?

Do you give up so easily just because there are problems? Throw in the towel when the going gets tough?
There are problems in every game. If you want a good way to communicate with the gamemasters go to the simcountry Facebook page. They generally always answer quickly on there. Make some suggestions. More people are better then one at solving a problem and coming up with solutions.

And would the real Putin back down? I don't think so.

I would say that would be a choice of the developers. It could be they've already made that choice which is why you never see them around.

Either way as long as people keep paying more than it costs to run the game, why should they?

I really don't believe anyone is twisting your arm or forcing you to stay .. are they?

Dearest Putin,

If you are looking at the old days of terrorism, pillaging lol, I believe those hooplah days are over. My thoughts are that the developers want this to be more of a econ strong game with warring capabilities, which satisfies most. As for the lack of communication in the game, you really can't complain, because I've not seen ANY communication from you or you joining the IRC chat that one player put together. The game is what the Simcountry community puts into it.

Stop putting a downer or negative vibe on this game, just because YOU are dissatisfied. Just quietly go. (So sayeth one of the biggest drama queens in the game lol) And as for the game, it holds enough interest that veteran players keep coming back. I hope that you don't leave and contribute to getting the community more involved.

Over the years I've been ---VERY--- critical of the GM, so much to the point that I'm sure they have a picture of me on the wall covered in X's and darts.

However, I will defend them and give credit where its due. In the last while they have made real strides in trying to fix economic aspects and add new features.

Ignoring the War levels. The game is pretty awesome and they have been doing really well. I think if they keep up with the work they are doing, make a few changes to the War Level system, and market the game better, the game would see an exponential BOOM in its player base.

Overall I would give the game an 8.5 out of 10.
My point is, if you dont like it, no ones forcing you to stay.

How everyone jumps on the bandwagon, is eye watering.

Who was it that said i was struggling?
Who was it that said that i was 'dissatisfied'?
Who was it that said i don't like the game?

It's shocking to keep coming back to the same old mentality of SC players.

Just a note... I've been here, for a long time. Maybe not under this name, but I've been here for years on end.

Dear Putin,

Maybe I did put "words" into your post. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be insulting. I think the point I was trying to make, the game will never go back to the "days of old." I remember those days. There was a lot of fun, but there was also a lot of game abuse, horrible treatment of players, gang-banging, etc. that should not exist even across the anonymity of the internet. (Only cuz I was a victim........me, adorable, wicked me!!!! I still don't understand this as I am so loved in real life! ha ha ha ha)

I would love to know who you were in the old days no matter if we were friends or foes.
