With all of this happening, i somehow feel that what Trump and the Aussies are doing is beneficial for their countries.

Well I don't think that the US wants people to be killed in a Terrorist attack! nor does any country hope ill will on anyone....People are so quick to point fingers.

It saddens me when the first thing people say after a major event has nothing to do with the loss of life. Shows the sad state of mind we all live in.

Rather then pointing fingers, we should pray and support those in need... Then after some time then we can point fingers.

Every year 1.3 million people die from car accidents in the US alone. This is about 3287 people a day. One can argue that these deaths are just as tragic and unexpected to the individual victims as deaths from terrorism are. Yet none of you will ever feel your knees tremble in mourning from this alone. To say that the "state of mind" of people is degraded in some way because they do not mourn those they never met (just as we do not mourn the 3,287 car accident deaths every day) seems a bit too facebooky for me. Instead those wishing to spark debate on how to avoid seemly avoidable deaths should not be shamed for "pointing fingers" and "not praying" but should instead be acknowledged for trying to spark discord on what they think will and will not prevent future tragedies.

If you ever get the chance to study sociology there is a something called the "Forgetful mind phenomenon" and I would suggest you study it. It touches on what you said. It states that people are less likely to help or support those who are effected by issues in which they couldn't prevent.

As human beings we intervene in issues to make ourselves feel better. You help someone more often then not because you feel uncomfortable to some extent and you want to change the outcome in order to make yourself feel better.

The theory states that we support those who CAN alter future outcome(as you said car accidents), but we point fingers or distance ourselves from events in which we CANNOT prevent(natural disasters, terror attacks).

You are right we cannot mourn every death but, we need understand that these issues are just as preventable as other issues.

Terror attacks are intentional and with a message sent along with it, which is why we react the way we do. Car accidents are just that, accidents but are sad nonetheless.

...Although I should add, Ford disregarding the known safety issues associated with the Ford Pinto is terrifying; especially when considering their reasons. They concluded that settling lawsuits would be more cost effective than an expensive recall to save lives.

Every culture has it's flaws if we understand that every human is capable of evil. There are no innocent participants.

Except the Native Americans didn't have a sovereign nation. It was a collection of tribes that had been warring with each other for hundreds of years.

Let us not forget that that 'indians' had been selling their lands for trinkets and weapons before there was even a 'US' government. These people sold themselves into a corner, then, after realizing the mistakes they had made, decided to go to war with various governments, the UK being one. In the real world, war comes with consequences and land loss. To the victor goes the spoils. That is not to say that the opposition did not participate in less than worthy actions against indians, but once you enter into a war, expect losses if you lose.

I think they've earned the rigt to be called native americans. Even if their DNA has markers from europeans/asians/africans/aliens.

I find you, Putin, both rude and disrespectful in your above post. I threw in my spill about conflict as it relates to God, end times prophesy, because it is applicable to the times and what we are undergoing and even the event in Barcelona and others across our globe.
