Well.............I missed Halloween this year! I'm still in a state of disbelief! I put the final touches to the big Halloween party I throw every year at work from a hospital bed. SCOWL! For the first time ever, I missed trick or treating! I was more ticked off that I missed Halloween than the heart attack I had. lol

My husband, family, coworkers, and my friends were amazing. They brought a little Halloween to me this year to my hospital room with beautiful flowers with fall/Halloween themes and one coworker decorated my hospital room. And I had a parade of visitors!!! I am so blessed!

I am going to be taking it easy for a while. So, everyone, please enjoy the game, be good to each other, and I'll drop by again sometime in the wicked future.

Most importantly, be loving and kind to Andy, the gamemaster, my son! I'll KNOW if you mistreat him! Then you will incur my wrath!

If I don't pop back in, everyone have a blessed holiday season this year!

Love you all!!!

Jeez reading that is no good! atleast makes me think so. Really hopefully your not dead by the next Halloween, honestly how reading that makes me think :/. Hospitals are no good of a place, even if people come and see you.

Thats the part that counts atleast they saw you. Okay at least, best get wells!!

Note to get omegas-3 and anything heart healthy, such as like spinach and kale just not to much its fare share :) can help health natrually but becarful buying "organic" health remodies as they are not always processed as claimed and not really a health instrument but just a sales gimmick. Lot of stuff to read and learn places but just beware people captialize on natural health medicines like anything else.

Not sure how you diet :) but just a note to make sure to watch out things like candy! maybe was good to sit out this year, and even if so not to act like one can never eat candy again but really just take it easy :) especially if you arent doing well. Im young and about as healthy as some may tell me as i can get, doesent mean cant be sick and dying in the next week. But not likely the case. Its usually a long term of diet choices that can cause effects. Other causes things i know but diet is a key!! Other things can be done but that is the best i know! easiest and tastiest to!

Do better kissy!! As reading that post honest to god, why i dident respond make me think you write "i might be dead by next halloween!" doesent really seem settling to me ;/ :(

Thank you, Barry. I hope I'm not dead by next Halloween either! :S Per my cardiologist, he said I'm not going to die any time soon. I should really get that in writing! ha ha ha ha

I had my initial heart attack (double one) 7 years ago. I remember I was playing Simcountry, and chatting with Blueserpent and Bobo at the time, and I remember typing........you dun think I'm having a heart attack do ya? lol Two years after that during a stressful time in the game, in real life, and with a break up, I had to have a triple bypass.

I learned a valuable lesson - to never approach situations in life that way again.......ain't no job, no game drama, no man, no stress, no nothing worth your health. Remember that!

Barry, I am a type 2 diabetic, so that puts me at risk, but the fact that I smoke is the kicker. I had quit and started back. :S Needless to say, I've quit again. Nasty habit and VERY hard to quit!

Trust me, I work in the area of diabetes. My colleagues and friends are doctors, researchers, and I know my cardiologist VERY well. I know everything there is to know. lol I've edited manuscripts on diabetes, coordinated symposia on diabetes, its complications and the benefits of eating right and exercising. I'm just undisciplined, kinda a fly by your broom kinda gal, so diabetes was NOT the disease for me! lol (Did you like the witch pun?) You have to be VERY disciplined. I take my pills, but have never been a great insulin taker. I always forget. :S Plus I hate taking shots.

Alas.........the bottom line is with life in general.......one's well being, one's health, one's happiness, really is about choices. Sometimes we don't always make the best choices for ourselves.

Oh, and I was doing physical activity when I had my heart attack this time. :S I tried to tell my cardiologist that exercise apparently is bad for your health. lol He wouldn't agree with me! SCOWL

Yeah, heart problems, i have heard alot about them and that they can be triggered by heavy exercise such as running. Still :) i just recommend so, always make sure to try to get nutrition like poly and mono fatty acids, can be helpful. I always watch my health even though i am young, stuff like sweets and goods i watch out for, i enjoy some here and there but i had enjoyed alot of sweets when i was younger and left me with thankfully not so bad compilcations :) but still enough to realize you cant live bad or make the wrong diet choices!! Even like grain/corn fed cattle, i use to believe it was a fad/gimmick untill i bought some grain fed beef since every time i ate any kind of hambruger regardless it just caused me to feel sick and stomach ache. Ate the grass and i felt fine. Never felt better. Like why red meat has a bad name, all raised poorly with poor foods.

Off topic some but point why i always laugh about shit in corn is cause its like a some time ago gave some supplies to this guy that we dident need it was from a shed we tore down and long story short used it for a chicken coop, he brought use some eggs to eat later on, but they were not consumable. It almost makes you believe you have to eat heavily processed foods, untill you realized that even "organic/natrual" foods can consist of "organic/natural" trash like grain/corn, in this case he fed ducks/chickens anything he could!! including he wanted to feed them premature ripe apples from an apple tree i had pruned in are yard. It goes to show, careful with organic and natural foods that people claim to use, even stores. Some just cornshit.

Like good to not use biotics/drugs but still using crap food, still results in the same shit, poor food. From what i have learned i lyin ass school, to what i learned from seeing people on the street, alot of the poor diet is just the poorly developed food, that even healthy stuff has crap in it, such a minute made drinks. Hard unless you get picky, or just take a buff with some stuff bought, as not everything is just shit, but stuff like meats/eggs can be if raised with crap. Resultig in crap like diabetes. since its cheaper and effective to raise, but not to consume.

to note also. Smoking is horrible. Such a destructive habit ;/ no doubt that contributes.
