order supplies yes
sell product yes
update quality yes
all those auto functions turn off on the top section except order ammo
the auto function will make lousy companies and take away from engineers
run manually and use the change workers yourself turning teachers, nurses, and low level managers into workers
and build in huge bulks like 3000 roads and 300 schools
Also update ed priorities when needed
I have seen some active countries that don't causing massive unemployment.
Cut down Social security costs as much as possible. No lazy people on SSI.
No damn 5% hiring companies
Have the system close every damn company under 20% hiring

You do know low hiring is the countries fault for not having enough workers right?

The automatic building of state corps, despite having that option switched off, is absolutely obnoxious. I have my reasons WHY I don't build just yet; but it's still forced on us nonetheless. I don't care if it's 0% employment, I should make the decisions and I have MY reasons.

I run at 100% hiring. I accept nothing less than 100% hiring. I turn the auto build companies off works fine for me.
But the auto move workers can really screw you.
having 25K senior become workers fixed it with a pop boost

We will make sure that the function is 100% optional.

The functions that improve education, make workers available in all groups etc. are excellent for beginners. Excenpt for the first few weeks, off should be off.
we see very bad economies because of lack of knowledge about the basic functions.

Building corporations will be limited to the first couple of weeks, and if you turn it off, it will be off.

I will try to check it quickly and make the change next week.

I checked the auto support code and turned off many actions.
Not done yet.
I do not remove them but make sure they depend on a setting by the user.

so help in the education system or health will remain if you want it.

I recommend to all beginners to keep this up.
it is active when you start and it works magic, improving some capabilities of the country faster than anyone could do it.

It only builds corporations for you if there are far too many unemployed and these corporations produce products that are in severe shortages.

but then of course, if you do not want it, just turn it off.

Starting with the next upgrade, off will be off. It was already so for most conditions, with some exceptions.
I hope I do not forget any of them by mistake but I am sure you will correct me if i do.

As of this post there had been 52 automatic state corps built throughout my empire, including countries with low to high employment indexes. All of them are not new. I have turned off automatic building of corporations and automatic movement of workers a long time ago. This has been a persistent problem for a while. Hopefully this new change will fix it? Thank you.
