W3C - Game level requirements when building new corporations

Each type of corporations requires a certain game level.
Players in game level 1 and 2, cannot set up high tech corporations because the required game level is higher.

We intend to reduce the required game level for some types of corporations. Some other corporations will require a higher game level.

Players game level was judged by the max game level they reached in the past. The ability to build corporations will be judged by the current game level.

I like this Idea! I think it will add a deeper dynamic to the game.

Can I make a future suggest to levels/ranking. Under best presidents we have a number system ranking players on their war rank and Fiance. Shouldn't those be tweaked as well. Wouldn't it make sense for the #1 best player in fiance to have the largest monthly income instead of profit ratio? I know people who make 50 or 100 billion more in income vs costs. However, they have lower rankings compared to others. I've seen 13M pop nations ranked as top 20 when they have nothing compared to some other nations. A new player nation making 30B income VS 15B income is ranked higher then a player with 300B income vs 200B costs becuase the "Ratio" is higher. Shouldnt it be based on a nations income?
Also war rankings are based on troop count should be based on a players defensive index score?

like this as well, would also like to see a raise in amount of companies a CEO could hold shares in. I am currently capped out in one of two CEO's with the second one close to the cap of 502. As well as a raise in the limit of Public corporations a country can have. I currently have 494 corps. with 191m POP, 305 of which are public. I cannot IPO anymore as i am restricted by the cap. i find this to be a bit small giving that i can still add another 110m population into my workforce. Therefore giving me close to double the amount of corps. If there has been a question like this before that has been answered , do forgive me for being misinformed.
