New, unannounced "feature"?

Ok, so what is the new limit of enterprise debt allowed before making an enterprise market purchase? It used to be around 10T, now I can't make a purchase after paying off loans.

These changes are becoming tiresome and sudden. I'll check the forums again to see if this change was announced, otherwise...

Southern standard productions and we used to have 10 trillion in load now only allowing 7 and forcing me to have negative cash I wasn’t buying things I was just opening corps to pay off debt

Basically looks like load limit went from -10 to -7 trillion
