You gotta stockpile them in times of peace so you don't find yourself in a pinch during war. Maybe you can find someone on WG that can sell direct what you need. Also you can consider making your own. This would give you a steady supply, but depending on whether the corporations are profitable it may be more cost effective to purchase what you need from the market than to manufacture your own.

The only true answer, is more! But really I guess it depends on what you are trying to do. I don't know what your current war level is, but if you are in the lower war levels and just fighting C3 countries, there is a good guide in the Beginner forum that gives specific quantities to take a C3 using Fighter planes and Precision Bombers. Look for "Aries C3 War Guide (Air)".

I don't need war levels. I just need a second country to go up. But other than that useful.

Yep. I am a returning player myself... I followed this today and lost a total of 4 precision bombers to take a C3 at war level 0. My only recommendation is to do all the painting before you start destroying targets if you plan on keeping the country. Less casualties and less damage to repair once you take over the country. And when you start destroying the corporations, try to target the ones making the least profit.

I see the problem the c3s don't really produce it. They have like 30% to 50% hiring. The c3 programming could be refined. Closing down perfectly good companies for no reason.

C3s do have good economies some times, some times not.
It is not relevant to players.
Once conquered, you can fix them.

Players can make good choices of corporations to build and make excellent profits.

The production of weapons is made easier by the reduction of the number of workers.

It can go down to 30.000 or 40.000 in upgraded weapons producing corporations.
