Automation Question

What does beginners and general economic protection do for me exactly?

It helps in education, workers availability, it sometimes adds cash, it sets education priorities, it builds schools, high schools, hospitals and universities if needed.

This feature is very good for beginners but sometimes also for others.
It is good if you are away and should keep your country OK.

we are watching what it does and improving some procedures.

we would like this feature to keep countries modestly good if unattended.

The functions are not extreme. They make small improvements and keep doing so until you turn them off.

I'm having trouble hanging on to HTE. They seem to be moved more than proportionally necessary when I have LLW shortages. Often to the point that I have worse employment than before the moves took place.

HTE are not reduced when you have a shortage of LLW unless the situation is extreme.

The main reason for shortages of HTE is the automatic upgrading of corporations.
they are then needed in the corporations in larger numbers.

but also, remove the automation and see if it helps.
we had complaints against automation in the past but mainly because it sometimes created new corporations.
